I’ve used this app quite frequently over the last year but it’s not stopped working. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it several times on both my iPad & my phone but it still doesn’t work. The app opens but I can’t click in anything or open anything further then the main page. Disappointing.
I watched all of the GB FIH games June 2024 with no problems the Tournament pass was £4.00 + VAT. Am hoping that the Tournament in The Netherlands will be available later on in June….
This is one of those infuriating apps where you can’t log on because it says you have the incorrect password, even though you just changed it inside the app only 30 seconds ago. I can’t tell you what it’s like to watch a game as I never got that far. It’s a shame because there should be more hockey on TV but not through this provider. Avoid.
Great to see hockey being made available but the app is terrible.
If I could give it less I would.
App is frozen can’t open anything or interact with the menu. Will have to uninstall and reinstall which is a pain. It could be awesome. Please Fix the bugs. 🙏
Don’t waste your time, pay for a subscription for it to not work and they don’t care when you contact them. Avoid and look elsewhere
I’ve paid for one off access to a few tournaments - most recently the Olympic qualifiers. The main issue has been a consistent ‘play back error’ - mostly on live games but also on some of the replays. This requires you to close and reopen the app to resolve and in some cases restart my iPad. Really frustrating when watching live! Bit of a shame to pay and still get issues. The way it switches between landscape and portrait also not well adapted for tablet - feels like it’s defaulting to phone.
This is one of the worst apps I have ever used, the very odd time a replay just might play and that’s only if the app even opens, as for watching anything live, even after paying for events, u would need the patience of a saint. 😡
Awful playback. Keeps cutting out and saying playback error. Want my Money back.
