Another important upgrade

This is my third review of this app and the first to get that fifth star. Well deserved, though I still think there's a little room for improvement. I've left my earlier reviews below. This version has a design which I find visually attractive, although the choice of white lettering on a pale background makes labels hard to read. The most useful addition is that of more drinks, including beer and wine. The app cleverly calculates average water content for each kind of drink and adds that to the total, rather than the actual volume of the drink. The cumulative total of water shows on a color-coded pie graph. Four common drink sizes can be preset and accessed by touching the area just above the spot where their size is displayed. It's a pity these numbers are so hard to see, and if you touch the actual numbers nothing happens: you need to touch the area just above them! Easy to miss, as I did until I contacted support. Any size of drink can be entered by tapping on the number display. You have to remember to "apply" this to the drink (hit the apply button) or it won't be added--a minor "gotcha" that soon becomes automatic. I particularly like the ability to change the time recorded for the drink entry; this is useful when recalling and entering drinks that I was too busy to record at the time. Earlier reviews follow. ----------------------------- As version 1.0 it naturally has a few rough edges and room for improvement but the developer is quick to reply to bug reports and feature requests, and promises upgrades, so it's definitely worth following. Recommended for visual appeal and simplicity in use. Now (Nov.2015) I see some of the improvements I was asking for when version 1.0 was released, so it is even easier to use. Tip: use the colors of the different drinks listed for your own choice of drink. Tea, which I don't drink, doubles for beer (which I do!).
