Waterbean Coffee

I love this place, their pricing, their food and especially their coffee. BUT, the app doesn’t have all their food options or coffee options.

The application works, but sometimes the workers at the coffee shop do not make the drink. Maybe the iPad they use doesn’t notify them on time. Several times I ordered a coffee, waited 15 minutes before arriving to a non busy environment…only to see they did not even start making my coffee. In these instances I paid ahead of time and provided tip, but I had to leave since I had meetings to get to. It’s disheartening there no recourse of this. In addition, I don’t understand why all coffee apps ask for tips BEFORE the workers make the coffee.

Why isn’t the full menu available on the app? you can add an everything but the bagel latte but not matcha?

I have long been in love with this brand. First things first—the coffee is absolutely top notch! Their mocha is to die for and they use single source chocolate (swoon). They have so many alternative milks, too (macadamia is my fave). Their stores are classy, clean & filled with plants. Save room for a sweet treat or grab a delicious croissant sandwich with your coffee. You’ll love every bit of it all!

App is super easy to use. Beautiful photos of drinks/food so you know what you’re getting.

When ordering iced coffee, there is no option to select black. You must select a milk and put in the instructions that you want it black and hope that the barista sees it
