Water.io Reviews

Does Not Sync w/Apple Health

Dprecocious1 on

United States

This app lacks the ability to share and sync hydration with health apps like Apple Health. I get the privacy concerns, but the user should be able to choose what data gets shared. This is a major drawback and significantly limits the usability of this device as a “smart” bottle. Please prioritize fixing this.

Makes Drinking Water Fun

Eddy - with a y on

I’m notorious for not drinking water in my house. I literally have to flavor it for it to be tolerable. But that has changed with this Water.io bottle and app. I’ve realized that when things are gamified on an app, I will do it because it holds you accountable. There is something that clicks in your brain when an app notifies you that you have reached a given goal. I’m so happy I’ve found this great bottle and accompanying app. It’s going to change my health dramatically. Thanks for making drinking water fun. I’m starting to be able to drink it without having to flavor it. lol

App working after support request

Previous Review: 1/5 "There is a problem, try again" Can't even create a login at the signup page when trying to use email + password. ----- After reaching out to support and resetting my password (apparently the account was created after all?) my account is working. The app pairs with the bottle and things seem to be working as expected. Switching my rating to a tentative 4 stars and plan to update my review after more usage.

Very easy! Super! on

I love it my bottle! I constantly forgot to drink water, I remembered only when I was already thirsty. Now I drink regularly and what's more, I enjoy my favorite bottle! I really like the bottle itself and its material! I like her smartness and ease of use for her app. And that my bottle can synchronize with my ring!

Great app and bottle. My hydration has improved so much since starting to use one.

No Apple Watch

The bottle works great but missing the ability to quickly track water intake on the Apple Watch with its own app. This is a great feature many other water tracking apps offer. Please include soon!

Revolutionary

Out of sight, out of mind is a very real thing for me - which is why staying hydrated has always been a challenge. With this awesome water bottle & app combo you get lights & vibrations from the bottle, and optional app notification reminders to drink up. The app is simple to use, displaying your metrics on the dash for you to see at a glance. It also allows you to calibrate your bottle, which has come in handy for me once. Overall, I can’t think of anything I’d change.

Game Changer!
