I wanted to use it for our city - but it does not work
Description
WATERLOO 365 is an app brought to citizens by the Symvaro GmbH. This app enables you to transmit your water meter reading to your water provider whenever you need it to. Moreover, you can track and compare your daily water usage and stay informed due to relevant news from the world of water.
* IMPORTANT: Your water provider needs to be a WATERLOO customer with an active subscription so that you can use this app. OCR is only enabled if your water supplier is an active WATERLOO customer.
Key features include:
• Connect to WATERLOO 365 from anywhere and anytime
• Transmit your water meter reading online and quicker than ever
• The readings requested by the water supplier can be scanned by means of text recognition without any typing needed
• Add, edit and delete water meters
• Scan the QR-Code on the meter or insert the consumption data manually
• Enable the notifications to receive ongoing warnings about maintenance or water quality from your water provider on your screen
• You can access news about water at any time

Schlechte App
Sehr schwache App, die vorige war um Welten besser. Leider bestimmt die App der Wasserversorger. Die Scanfunktion ist lächerlich und unzuverlässig, man muss immer korrigieren. Sehr schwach ! Neu 2022: Ist noch schlechter geworden, Die Vergleiche braucht niemand, nach einem Handytausch geht gar nichts mehr. Mache die Meldung wieder online, das funktioniert wenigstens. Wasserwerk Villach: bitte wieder entfernen oder eine bessere App
Die App kann nicht mal die Grundrechenarten
Nach der Zählerstandsmeldung sagt mir die App einen Verbrauch 311 Liter pro Tag. Dann habe ich mal in den Haushaltseinstellungen 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder eingetragen und unter Vergleich kommen dann 161 Liter pro Person pro Tag heraus. Also für 4 Personen wird hier dann der Tagesverbrauch durch 1,93 dividiert. Wenn das App schon nicht rechnen kann, dann einfach die Funktion Vergleich weglassen
Funktioniert noch immer nicht
Funktioniert leider auch im Ablesezeitraum nicht (Villach).
Zählerstandübermittlung der nächsten Generation
Die Vorteile sprechen für sich: 1) Vollständige Konfiguration der App über QR Code (am Ableseblatt) 2) Zählerstanderfassung durch einfaches Foto vom Wasserzähler (OCR) 3) Smarte Vergleiche mit ähnlichen Haushalten Waterloo 365 verbindet Wasserversorger (Wasserwerke, Städte, Gemeinden, Wasserverbände usw.) mit ihren Kunden, dem Bürger, auf einzigartige Weise. Disclaimer: ich arbeite selbst an diesem Produkt und finde, jeder sollte es haben!
