NO STARS!! WASTE OF TIME & MONEY!!!
I did my due diligence prior to paying $39 for the annual subscription, but the app didn’t work correctly when I bought it and when I came back to using it again before my subscription expired it just kept CRASHING! I had finally been able to create several branded watermarks as I struggled through using the crashing app initially and had hoped the app would be fixed when I came back to using it again before my subscription expired. I had hoped that I would be happy with the fixes and be able to renew the subscription but instead it was worse and crashing far more. I was not able to access my previously created content. The app didn’t allow me to open or access ‘my library’ without CRASHING!! The ‘support’ was even worse. They just kept emailing me with empty email messages and with out actually answering or helping me. They requested a video of what was happening and when I sent it then they asked me to send it another way because they couldn’t view it?! It seemed I was being sent in circles and there was NO evidence of actually wanting to help. I went back and reread reviews and saw that the app CRASHING IS AN ISSUE and they shouldn’t need my video to figure it out anyway. I was never able to use this app as intended, there was no technical support nor guise of even trying to help. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY FOR ME! NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR THIS CRASHING APP.

I used this app for years and now you want $39.99 a year? 🤬🤦♀️ Will no longer recommend this app to others.

App doesn’t work and customer support was useless
Told customer support I couldn’t add water marks to videos they told me to delete the app and redownload and treated it as solved 40 bucks for this app to never work once waste of time and money creators beware use literally any other app terrible
