App tải siêu siêu chậm làm ảnh hưởng trải nghiệm người mua hàng trực tuyến, làm mình ko mua được hàng, mặc dù cửa hàng có rất nhiều món hàng và khuyến mãi.

Hoàn tiền quá chậm
Chưa từng thấy ứng dụng nào khi sai mà hoàn tiền chậm đến vậy. Tôi từng mua biết bao ứng dụng, trả tiền trước mà đến khi app lỗi, kế toán xác nhận là lỗi mà tối đa tới 30 ngày mới hoàn tiền ( chưa kể từ lúc nhắn tin, tính ra gần 40 ngày). Trong khi thời gian chuẩn ngân hàng hoàn tiền chỉ tối đa 20 ngày. APP QUÁ DỞ. Kém chuyên nghiệp
