great interface, interesting features. app design has exceeded expectations. QR code is easy to use. a first time EV user, after-sales service team was able to address my issues promptly. overall, the watt app is user friendly and its take on using bright colours are appealing to users.

Easy usage and no problem charging my car

Can never get it to start charging from the first try. Will always encounter issues and have to try various ways to troubleshoot. Latest issue is “unable to scan while charging” when I have not even plug-in/start charging. Probably will never use their charger again even though it’s at my condo.

Bad connectivity, unable to start charging even with 5G at full signal. App is always buggy. Please improve.

Currently waiting for the app to load so I can actually charge the car. Topping up a wallet to charge instead of charging from credit card is also a choice

The app is versatile, i can start and end charging session at my convenience, because normally carpark areas will have weak network coverage which I always encounter with other apps i can just enable charging away from the parking lot no need to wait till I get a good network coverage. The technical support is prompt in providing assistance when I encountered issues while charging.

Within a week, experience 2 incidents #1 after charged for an hour and it stopped charging and no notification alert, end up the next day notices it whole night only charge for 6% #2 when try the slide to start charging always prompt car not connected , without unplug the connection , after multiple times kill app and relaunch the app then finally it start charging . But surprised me it show time 00:00 but total charging is 15.739 kWh and current price is $8.97. 🙂‍↕️
