I was being charged by the wattah! , when the powerbank was not released to me ! Non-responsive answer from the operator or i should say NO reply from them . Totally a SCAM . Beware!!!

Was at the hospital. Downloaded the app.. Paid $25/- Used 1hr Return Back to slot... The next day wanted to use again Money wipe out Means $25 for an Hr???

I dont mind the app charges deposit for renting. But at least the service should be professional and responsible！ I checked the availability, it says there are still 2 available at MBS, and yes there are, because I’m just standing in front of them. It required me to scan QR to rent, after I scan the QR it says no available charge here! How come the info is not consistent at all? Then the app directed me to a contact number, the whatsapp account is not responding. Come on this is a charging bank service usually for emergency usage, there’s so situation I’ll wait till next working day unless I ask for a full refund of the deposit thank you please

Requires $25 initial top up to rent a charger. Price is $1/hr, and is charged at the beginning of every hour. After renting the portable charger for 3 hours, I had $22 in remaining balance, and the remaining balance cannot be withdrawn as the credits purchased are non refundable. Contacted customer service for a refund but they have ignored my messages. From other reviews online, even when the customer service do respond, the customer would not be able to get a refund. So in total, I paid $25 for $3 worth of service. This app is a big scam. Please avoid at all costs.
