Have had a lot of trouble getting on the App once it was installed.Keeps searching for the controller but can’t open it so have been very frustrated with it.The technician who installed the lights and got them all set up and connected to my Wifi had trouble with it too.The App needs some fine tuning to make it better.Disappointing to say the least.

I love the lights, but programming them is tedious. The app hasn’t been updated since we got the light 3 years ago.

Love the sling the wheel feature

Lights are ok if your old and want basic colours but with technology out there there is no presets compared to other companies that have oilers colours, frozen themes, paw patrol themes, Valentine’s Day, st Patrick’s day etc. we were told they were always updating this app with new ideas and they’ve done nothing in the two years we’ve had them not one update nothing has changed not one new theme to try nothing

We’ve had our watt lights since January 2022. We were promised an update to the app and controller when we purchased the lighting. Over a year later still no updates. Very disappointed. We’ve had tons of issues with lights being offline and difficult to connect back. Not user friendly at all.

I love the lights but the app needs upgrading. My buddy installed another companies lights and his app has a ton of preset light patterns which are set with just a touch in the app. Would be nice to have presets and not just trying to find a color in a bad app

I love the look of the lights. But selecting colours is difficult. It’s very hard to create patterns. Other manufacturers have downloadable patterns etc. I can also only save a certain number of custom patterns and the preset ones are terrible. I was told an updated app was coming very soon but that was shortly after we had them installed this past spring

It is really hard to choose Colors from the grid. There should be an option to pick standard colors like red, green, orange, blue etc.

We have had our lights for over a year and a half now. We have been promised for a year and a half now that an update was coming to have the lights do many many different things. This app is far too basic and Watts is being left in the dust by the various other companies with A) Quality of lights, B) Simplicity of the app, C) Various patterns and presets within their apps. Extremely disappointed and hoping something FINALLY comes by peak lighting season.

While I love the lights, the install and how they look, the app is not intuitive at all. I hope a new an update will be available soon as Watts has promised.
