Video chat doesn’t work
Video chat is required for wire transfer when not at a branch. Tried on cell phone network , iPad with local network and on iPhone as well as an HP laptop using google chrome and Microsoft edge browsers. It finally worked after over an hour on hold and speaking with two people with their service but the survey at the end did not work so maybe they don’t know about the problem. The people were nice the application is junk. I just moved and I’ve had to drive 6 hours back to Oregon just to complete transactions. If video is required it should work.
