Banned problem

I’ve been ban to use this apps what should I do now?

Never got the unlimited statues

I purchased the unlimited deal for five dollars multiple times and they never gave me my status. I waited a week and never got it, by the time I got my status it was time to pay for the next one. I think I spent at least $30 trying to do it multiple times. It just doesn’t work

I don’t like this app because too many fake accounts

Full of scammers

This app is full of people who are trying to catfish and scam. I see at least 15-20 accounts a day using the same pictures as each other, all with a verification picture of a computer screen. there’s absolutely no way to tell who’s real and who isn’t, there should be a part that tells you how new the account is, or how likely that account is to be a catfish or scammer. It’s useless if all you do is run into people who are lying about who they really are.

Some of my added friends got removed

I was minding my own business until I went on the app and it suddenly logged me out then after I got in, there were two people who I’ve been communicating with that only got deleted and I have no idea why so I’m asking that does why did you delete some of the people that I added? They were specifically from Germany and were in the 17 and 18 range.
