Our mobile app is rooted in DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) principles and serves as a fully customizable symptom tracker, providing tracking, education, and support.
Developed by individuals with lived experience managing mental illness and fully HIPAA compliant, Waverider supports you and your therapist in therapy. By visualizing insights, patterns, and progress over time, Waverider allows you to focus on what matters most. The app is designed to be used in therapy and requires your therapist to invite you to the platform.

I can’t express how grateful I am for this app. It’s truly flipped a switch in my mental health management. The best thing is the ways that you can personalise it to your own needs. I was able to work with my therapist on a DBT therapy plan that was specific to my needs. It’s also made DBT far easier for me to understand.
