Will Not Connect - No Support
I just bought a Greenwood-6-3000P router and tried to connect to it using the app. Unfortunately when I clicked the button to connect and bind to the router it just opens the iPad settings for the WavRouter app. The iPad is connected to the router WiFi, but never finds and connects. It’s sad because this is their brand new AX3000 device. Tried email and chat for help and both say they are unavailable. Clicked the App Support button in the App Store where you install the app from and it just bounces you to a website to access the router.
