The local daily forecasts are color-coded to show if it is dangerous to go boating, using guidelines from the Coast Guard's small vessel advisory.

Missing speed zones
Would be great if the app showed the speed zone data
Names
Wish the maps had names for the various water ways it displays. Be nice to know what creek or bay you’re currently in.
12 month subscription was taken without my consent
I signed up for the 1 week free trial only to find that the app doesn’t include the region where I sail. No worries, I canceled my membership & any subscription commitments that very same day. 7 days later, a full 12 months subscription has been charged to my apple account. I’m seeking a refund but have not had any response from WAVVE
Poor app
I live on a major waterway in australia and it was not even on the chart!! Charts in my area are dangerously inaccurate. Not value for money.
Great app
Really easy to read nautical maps with a cool tidal feature. Looking forward to using more with the family!
It doesn't work, don't waste your money
This app simply doesn’t work. I don’t understand why they insist on scamming people. You take the trial, then they charge you for the subscription, and after that, they refuse to refund your money for an app that simply doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money on this.
User friendly
Love the Wavve app. Very easy to use and simply designed for everyone. Quick access to all important info. Also, they offer interesting stories, tips, and contests.
No Contours
There are no lake contours. I could look at the GPS Maps in my phone and it would serve me better than this app.
Dependable boating app that is easy to use
We’ve used the app for nearly two months. We found it to be very accurate, easy to use and feature rich. We use this to record trips, as well as to plan new trips. It is primarily a backup to our Raymarine navigation system, but we could easily use this as our primary system if we had to.
