Horrible experience, I ordered a tennis racket and paid it online and when I contacted them a week after placing the order they told me it’s unavailable and you can choose a replacement. After I chose a replacement I contacted them again after 4 days just to be informed that the item is unavailable as well. Why offer it as an alternative in the first place! And of course no refund! Not even an email mentioning that the 2 items are not available
I have been asking for changing the sliders and no one is contacting me
