The films crash, freeze, and playback at low quality and then when downloaded sometimes just disappear! The app blocks screen mirroring so members are confined to watching on teeny screens with poor audio quality. Why are studios happy for academy members to view their films this way? But it is not just this app, it applies to many FYC platforms and it needs addressing asap.

Unable to connect to screener of The Wonder. Keep getting sent to different sites and apps.

Very smooth app

I saw a similar review from December, I would think they've already addressed the issue. When You click play, you only see a few seconds of the image and then the screen goes black, with sound going... Wish I could give no stars. Frustrating and disappointing.

I just installed the app, downloaded my film selection and tried to watch. All that I was able to see was the start of the WB logo sequence before the screen went black. The progress bar kept going forward, but no picture. I tried this multiple times, but had the same problem over and over and gave up. I don't have the patience for software that won't function as it should.

This could have been an opportunity for WB to work on generalized platform, instead it chooses to lock itself to closed interfaces. I guess that the ambition to go up against Netflixs of the world is not there.

I downloaded the high and low quality versions of Cry Macho and neither played at speed (dropping frames) on a macbook pro when made full screen. No an impressive way to watch a film.
