Description

The simplicity of the app is specially designed for teachers and parents to introduce and share the gift of meditation with children.
The child friendly illustrations provide clear and simple steps to teach children how to meditate. A selection timer provides the opportunity to increase the length of meditation as children become more engaged with the practice.
The mantra recommended in the app is “maranatha”, a sacred word found in the Christian tradition, but may be replaced by a sacred word or short phrase from other traditions.
The app is available in multiple languages through the settings icon making it available internationally in its application.
Two optional “sing-a-long” songs recorded in Spanish, are available at the beginning and end of the meditation.
