Password error
Keeps saying password error despite resetting and immediately trying to login. Did 5 resets and I give up!
Account suspended
Staff straightaway talk like I’m trying to cheat them, but all my receipts are legit. I find this very offensive. You want people to spend money at your mall anot one?
Cant receive SMS for OTP
Tried for months, same still. Uninstalled
Can’t verify phone number
The log in required the phone number verification but there is no place to key in the OTP and stuck at the phone number page.
Clean and Attractive UI
UI is attractive and simple to use. Overall is user friendly, clean and straightforward! :)

Had some hiccups at the start, but the app is working smooth now and looking good! Hope to see more features and bigger promotions!
Not user friendly
Horrifying app. Worse when it comes to uploading receipts. It’s slow and keeps saying there’s error.

Quite intuitive and good experience compared to the previous version. Looks awesome !
Refreshing 2.0
Great UIUX refresh making it more friendly. Looks like new functions and services have been added on with the good old Buddy loyalty program. Still some issues to solve. So look forward to further improvements and rewards.
