Excellent for Real Estate
The cost in the description is a lie.
According to the description the paid version of this app was supposed to be a one-time fee. I downloaded the app today and got an on-screen message saying that that WeMaps is no longer going to be updated since it is being integrated with FlyMaps. I downloaded FlyMaps to be greeted with a screen that said the cost is $5.99 per month after a 30-day trial. I'll call this one a "FlyBy".
I just got it.
I haven’t learned to use it yet.

Need to be able to enlarge symbols; The ones indicating- train, coffee, etc. Without that useless. This could be extremely useful for vision impaired or senior citizens.
