When I created my account, there was no address for my apartment

Not super user friendly, some parts are a bit vague and hard to find.. especially when it gets moved in the constant updates. I find it super annoying that I see a million notifications for the resident posts and now they slipped package notifications in the same spot so I can never see when they’ve arrived or if someone comments on one of my posts, without scrolling forever (residents here top 1000 people.. kind of like the worlds worst group chat) ALSO I find it infuriating when I do go to use the app that I am FORCED to update it and can’t click out without accepting. Very annoying when I’m at concierge trying to double check package info in a rush and have to update my app first

The fact that you can’t copy any word from the discussion forum is really annoying! Also, the page will automatically be jumped back to the main page is frustrating too

This is an awesome app. It has transformed the way we manage our 1000 lot apartment building. Hands down the best product on the market. Most high end life style buildings are currently using this in Australia.

As saying in the title, it used to work, but the app just decided to stop showing facilities availability one day. No updating or re-downloading can fix this.

You have to type blindly then edit your message when adding a new comment. Editing displays the keyboard and text input properly. When creating a comment, the text you are typing is hidden by the keyboard. Why is it done properly for editing and not for initial input? You think this would be something you test since it’s the most common interaction.

Think it’s time the dev team actually use the app themselves and debug the problems themselves. Thi app is horrible.

Really useful app, but when I reply to community posts the text box is hidden under my keyboard! Can’t see what I’m typing. Phone and app are both up to date.

The message box doesn’t appear on iPhone while typing comments. So hard to fix any typo. Updated the app still issue isn’t resolved.

90% of the time the app freezes, crashes or doesn’t load anything. It’s utter trash and you should be ashamed to publish and charge buildings for this trash. If you are any competent, you will fire the whole current team or the company you pay to make this trash, and make a new app from scratch that can be maintained easily.
