Tried to order gifts for a baby shower. Did not allow me to record purchases on the baby registry so others would know. Tried the offered chat and email for assistance. Unavailable. Then when I tried to connect to the shower itself, would not let me. Could not attend the party. Same experience for another guest. One thing after another. A fantastic idea, but this app needs lots of work. For now it is like a road to nowhere.

We have family all over the country, we thought what a great way to get everyone to celebrate together with the local folks to our area. I was looking forward to the app working for everyone to participate at the same time. After downloading the app with my login email and password I have been using to create the website, it states an invalid error message. Total garbage. Really disappointed.

I have been able to log into the website through my iPad but when I try to access the site through the app, it says my email does not exist. My suggestion to anyone who is interested in this app would be to keep your money.

You can join an active baby shower but you can’t create one to start planning a baby shower. make a new account you only get to view demo mode unless you join someone else’s baby shower. tried to make an account to create this for my baby shower with no luck 🙄 don’t waste your time

I would give zero stars if I could. This was the most infuriating app I’ve ever used. So many people were late or couldn’t log in to the baby shower because of glitches. The chat function didn’t work, no extra benefits like in app games. Please just invite your party to use zoom to save everyone headaches.

This web app is terrible from a laptop and even word from mobile app. Not able to even log into your account from mobile app.

I’m not the most tech savvy gramma to be but yikes, this site is awful! Hard to navigate the shower creation pages and tech support is no where to be found! Currently waiting 20 hrs for a new password link!
