Zufrieden, bis auf ...
Ich bin schon viele Jahre zufriedener web.de Kunde. Für Zuverlässigkeit, Betriebssicherheit und Kundendienst vier begeisterte Sterne. Ein Minusstern: ich lebe im Ausland und habe damit - trotz hervorragendem Kundenservice als Clubmitglied - einige Probleme, kann nicht alle Möglichkeiten ausnutzen, wie z.B. Nach der Schliessung meiner page.ms website, die jetzt nicht mehr bearbeitet werden kann. Die angebotene neue Website kann ich im Ausland nicht anwenden. Dumm. Also damit zu einem anderen Anbieter wechseln. Ein weiteres Problem sehe ich bei iPad/ Mac Anwendung. Warum wird u.a. das Adressbuch nicht automatisch in die iPad Kontakte überführt? Jeder Name muss einzeln per Hand abgeschrieben werden. BITTE hiermit höflichst um bessere Zusammenarbeit mit Applegeräten!!
