Inseguridad en plataforma y mal servicio de atención al cliente
La usabilidad de la app es buenísima, hasta el momento en el que tuve una incidencia era fiel a usar Webel y siempre se la había recomendado a familia y amigos. El problema ha venido cuando he tenido un problema puntual con una de las empresas que contraté para un servicio. Inicialmente puse una buena reseña a la chica que acudió pero una vez revisado el trabajo realizado y por una incidencia más complicada que no detallaré por aquí les pedí cambiar la reseña de este servicio puntual y me comentaron que no era posible. Teniendo en cuenta que se trata de una incidencia de la cual Webel no se hace responsable porque son intermediarios y dado que el servicio de atención al cliente no ha estado a la altura, tengo que poner esta reseña y buscar otra app que cubra mis necesidades y sepa responder mejor ante las incidencias. Como consejo recomiendo que el servicio de atención al cliente evite el uso de macros y tenga una mayor sensibilidad para tratar los problemas.
