Some reviews were complaining about having issues with logging into Webroot. I figured it out when I asked Webroot for help. The way Webroot accounts work is actually a bit unusual. Webroot actually has separate mobile and desktop accounts that are linked to a single email. All you really have to do to get the mobile app running is to change your mobile account password. You can only do this directly through the mobile app. The desktop website won’t fix the problem. Once I did that, the iOS/iPadOS Webroot app worked. Even after you change the mobile password, the desktop password is still the same since it’s a separate account.

Have downloaded latest version. Click open. Sort of pretends like it’s starting, then back to the icon. Nothing. Shame bc their pc version is great.

I renewed our subscription and I cannot renew it on my husband’s devices , when I click on the go button to renew it on the mobile security, a pop-up message says authorization request does not include a URL.
