Disappointed with their misogynistic behavior.
Naver Webtoon previously edited a certain gesture that many Korean male readers claimed symbolized a Korean man’s ‘that one'—a gesture that looks as if one is pinching something with their fingers—replacing it with other poses in all webtoons. Recently, however, they released a webtoon with an extremely inappropriate and misogynistic title that I can’t even write here due to its explicit nature. Female readers requested a revision of the offensive wording, but Naver Webtoon ignored the request. When female readers began boycotting the platform, Naver Webtoon’s official account on X (formerly Twitter) mocked both the boycott and the female readers. This post was later deleted without any formal apology, once it became controversial. I demand an official apology on X and appropriate action to address the misogynistic language. I deeply regret spending money on Naver Webtoon, and I will not use the platform again until this matter is resolved.

외국에 사는 한국민증 없는 한국인들 위해 인증 방법 만들수 없을까요? 인증번호 호주번호로 절대 안오네요... 영어 버전이 있긴 하지만 한국어로 보는 웹툰이 좋은데 로그인 할 방법이 없어서 슬퍼요 😭😭😭
THIS IS THE KOREAN VERSION
there is two different types of naver webtoon, this one is the Korean version - the original - and the English/international one is a different one!!! I hope this makes sense (￣∇￣) webtoon originated from Korea so that’s why they have an app using full Korean

People keep saying that they can’t log in it’s because this is the korean webtoon so you need to have a naver account which only Koreans can get so yeah anyways this app is really good love it has more interesting book but of course they’re are in korean and also they have more episodes than the English webtoon!!!
