Bin immer gerne ins Fitnessstudio gegangen, jedoch konnte ich mich im Lockdown nicht wirklich für Home-Workouts motivieren. Doch die kurzen und effektiven Trainings finde ich wirklich super. Und wenn man Lust hat, kann man dann noch weitere Workouts machen. Ich finde die App sehr motivierend und ist für mich bis dato die beste App zum trainieren. Zusätzlich würde ich mir noch eine Kalenderansicht wünschen, wo man einen Haken unten den Tag setzen kann, wenn man das persönliche Pensum erreicht hat. Ich benutze die App erst seit zwei Wochen, aber wenn meine 6-Wochen-Challenge vorbei ist würde ich mir auf jeden Fall auch neue Workouts wünschen. Zusammengefasst: tolle Leistung der Entwickler - ich bleibe dabei, auch nach dem Lockdown 😀

Ich liebe diese App bei den meisten anderen Apps möchte man am ersten Tag gleich aufhören Aber hier nicht man kann sehen wie viel Kalorien man verbrennt und es gibt Stufen von Anfänger bis Fortgeschrittene 👍

Zuerst denkt man „wow! So viele gratis Workouts! Wo ist der Harken?“. Der kommt nach dem absolvieren des ersten Workouts, denn danach sind alle Übungen nur noch mit einem Abo durchzuführen... Schade, ich dachte wirklich die App wäre toll!
