i can’t even use this app at all bc i can’t sign in if they don’t send the verification code
Supposed to be able to verify staff ema for discounted rates. Tried in vain on 3 attempts, send feedback three times, no one got back.
Got a notification that food has been delivered but when I go all the way to the collection point there were none??? Moreover its been so long already like an hour since the food has been cooked ? Really disappointed, alot of people were also false alarmed

Every time I choose the delivery address it allows me to tap the radio button for the address but when it retains to the order page delivery address is blank. Frustrating to use this app.
If your order is lost, dont even bother contacting them. They won't do anything. This has happened a few times already in the span of a few days
High platform fee & irresponsible for my missing milk tea
Basically what I ordered was not delivered because the order got mixed up or something. So I immediately went to customer service to seek help. Waited for more than 15 minutes before they replied, by then the food is already pretty cold. Furthermore what was delivered to me was salmon and I’m allergic to it. All in all, I threw away the food and didn’t have my lunch. The refund was made to me a few days later after I reminded the customer service about it. So I said I hope that they’ll have an idea or smth to prevent such thing from happening again because it’ll really affect someone if that person has gastric or whatsoever. And the response from customer service was “opps dear, sorry to hear that” wtf? It’s spelled as oops and that’s your response to my suggestion? What a joke app
