Intet svar og billeder kan ikke hentes selvom man betaler for appen
Mega dårlig app og elendig kundeservice - tror faktisk slet ikke de ser ens beskeder. Venligst få sendt mine billeder til min mail og giv mig mine penge retur 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Vi har brugt appen ved vores bryllup den 18/5-2024. Jeg har siden den dag forsøgt at få mine billeder sendt til min mail, det virker umiddelbart simpelthen og meget nemt, men zip filen kommer aldrig, jeg har forsøgt mange gange, jeg har ændret mail for at se om det ville hjælpe, men uden held!! Jeg her forsøgt at skrive til support flere gange, men de svare ikke. Så lige nu er mine 500 billeder fra vores bryllup fanget i Wedbox, med mindre jeg sidder og henter hver enkelt ned på telefonen :(

No answers from Wedbox
Spild af penge
Jeg har nu i 3 måneder forsøgt at komme i kontakt med Wedbox flere gange, da jeg ikke kan downloade billederne fra vores bryllup. Jeg har betalt, men modtager ikke billederne i en zip-fil. Det er umulig at komme i kontakt med dem, og alle vores fine billeder ligge nu kun på appen, uden nogen mulighed for hjælp til at få dem “ud”.
Super fin app?
Super fin ide og app, med det virker bare ikke helt som forventet? Videoer fra gæster kommer ikke ind, og det står bare og cykler rundt? Jeg har købt den mellemste pakke til 199,-kr, med fri download. Men når jeg Beder om at downloade billeder, Beder app’en om betaling? Det kan jo ikke være rigtigt? Måske jeg gør noget forkert? Mvh Morten
GOD idé, men for mange fejl på appen
Jeg har downloadet appen for at teste inden vores bryllup om 2 uger - og godt jeg gjorde det. Appen har logget mig ud flere gange, og den låser når jeg vil uploade billeder. Jeg betaler gerne for noget der virker😃 men det gør wedbox ikke

Download ikke, medmindre du ønsker 1.000+ mails
Måske en super fin app. Med bare igår under brylluppet modtog jeg over 500 mails inden jeg nåede at unsubstripe. I dag delte jeg så billeder i appen og modtog på rekord tid lidt over 300 mails. Så i alt over 1.000 mails for at dele 5-7 billeder. Og jeg kan ikke få det til at stoppe trods jeg har unsubstripet, afmeldt e-mail og slettet app.
