If they can perfect the calendar synching then i would give 5 stars… sometimes my calendars synch, sometimes not- even after manual triggering…
The platform has everything i need and is setup in a ver straightforward and “productive-like” way.
i dont experience any other issues really…
keeps trying to charge me every year
Though I am not subscribed to their yearly plan, they tried to charge my credit card again this year.
It happened last year, too, and I had to request my credit card company a dispute for their charge.
Buggy
Could not even setup basic objectives. Data entries kept vanishing. And the screen turned black at the oddest times. It looks like a great idea. But a ways to go.
Crappy
I never rate apps. This one is down for maintenance constantly. Features are taken down indefinitely. Not ready for prime time.
Janky Sign Up on iOS
Looks interesting. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to use the app, because the sign up process on iOS gets hung up, when you say you want to use Google to sign in. If signing up via the iPhone app isn’t possible, that’s fine but say so.
I may try to sign up online, but, so far, the experience does not bode well.
Cannot log in through Google on phone
I paid to have access to this for a year. I can’t even log in through my google account on my phone! Very disappointed.
No way to cancel
I supscribed to trial version and then realized that they start billing me. Now it has been around a year that I have been struggling to cancel my account. Emails, messages, compliants - nothing works. They keep billing me for $42 every month and no way to get rid of this. Wise labs indeed!
Great App, but Need to Fix Glitches and Lost Data
Being a fan of the Covey system and wanting to find the right electronic solution, I was very excited to find Week Plan. I even upgraded and paid for the premium service. I’ve had it for about a month and have really been enjoying the functionality of this app; however, today I went to look at my scheduled priorities and there was nothing there. I had to go back three days to find them and manually send them to the current day. Then, 10 minutes after doing that, most of my priorities were missing. I cannot find them anywhere.
If this cannot be resolved soon, I will have to ditch this application and go back to my previous one which was not ideal, but I never had the crashing/glitches/loss of important data that I have had with this app. Please fix this, or you will lose your loyal customer base.
If you were considering this app, I would wait until you see other posts that confirm that the problems have been fixed… Otherwise you will be excited short term and then sorely disappointed as I am now.
Update: 8/7/19
The glitches I experienced earlier have been resolved. Not sure if it was the app or me or a combination. This app is very good; not perfect, but very good. I would like to see the mobile app functionality mirror the apple/laptop functionality. But glad it seems to be working well now.
For the intentional
I’ve been a fan of productivity theory for a long time, and nothing has EVER tackled the problem from multiple perspectives - vision, OKRs, tasks, and my favorite, the Einstein matrix. I had previously switched to a paper notebook for a year having felt jaded by other productivity tools.
Love the web app, but this is useless for me
I log in to the web app with outlook. You can only log into the iOS app with google or email/pass, so I can’t use the app. It’s a shame because mobile access is key and I pod ably won’t use this system for much longer without it
