New event and can’t access! Fix glitches please

Currently 3rd time I’ve hit a glitch where I lose access to the story quest mode and am left unable to complete the daily challenges and level up. The other two times this has happened, I sent in multiple bug reports without success and ended up having to delete and redownload and restart the game. Good news guys, I keep restarting it. Hopefully this message will get my issue resolved so I don’t have to lose all my progress!!

Update: “Story quest” icon showed back up after a couple weeks. But, it’s gone again. Without it, you can’t complete the daily challenge. I never received a response when I reported the problem. Daily challenge can’t be completed because the “story quest” icon is missing.

SaraiMac Review from May12th said the app wouldn’t get past the load screen for days and the developers response was to reach them through the app for support? How is that possible if the app doesn’t open? Developers should have given SaraiMac a way to contact support through an alternative way outside of the app. If they clearly understood the issue that would’ve been common sense. I’ve had issues as well. It’s responses like that from developers that prove they either give generic responses, don’t fully read or comprehend what players complaints are or just don’t care. I deleted the app for that reason.

When I first started this game was so fun then slowly started getting bad. First it was the weird debugging pop up that happened at the start of every session Then non stop ad spamming I give up deleting now!

Hello! I’m excited to try this game, however I’ve tried several times to get it to load over the last few months. I delete the app all together and try to download later and it keeps getting stuck on initiating 43/44. So I’ve never gotten a chance to play it. I can’t rate it, as I’ve never tried it & it won’t let me submit this without choosing a star. So for that reason only, I’ll rate a 1 for now.

Like the game when it did actually load on my phone but hasn’t gotten passed the open screen for a couple of days now…

First I will say the game is fun. Enjoy the story and rebuilding the school. The negative to this game is the amount of ads. There are tons of ads that just start playing for no reason and have to be air to skip them. You don’t just get the option to watch the ads to get stuff (which is nice because you can choose to watch them) but VERY frequently while you are playing it will just jump to an ad. It is very annoying. They give you the option to PAY for no more ads but some people (including myself) don’t spend money on games like that, we just delete the game if the ads become to much. They need to switch it to an option of watching an ad to speed up chest opening or popping a bubbled item, etc and stop random ads that just start playing while you are matching items.
