I can’t get passed the contact details page. On the address page it just doesn’t give me an option to continue after I’ve put my address in. Very frustrating. Going to have to go on my walk without it.

We first decided to get a tracker when Billy our cat didn’t come home for a week. We did a lot of research into the different types or tracker and weenect came out the best choice. Billy is quite small, and we worried that the other trackers were quite big, bulky and heavier than the weenect. That was 5 years ago. We now have the peace of mind that when he decides to disappear, we know exactly where he is. We live in a semi rural area and it works perfectly. I wouldn’t be without it now.
Very pleased with our Weenect. It’s given peace of mind when out on walks and when my dog goes to daycare. Very easy to set-up and use and smaller than other devices that I’ve seen.
Works really well I had no idea how far the cat roamed until this came along
I have a cat that loves the outdoors but is deaf so he can’t hear when I call him in, which I do every night. The tracker and app (and website) enable me to see where he is and I have trained him (as much as you can train a domestic cat) to return when I use the vibrate feature (Dreamies are his reward). The vibrate feature can be set to buzz for up to 30 seconds each time you use it. The ring feature also helps me to locate him when he is not in the mood for returning and I have to physically search for him. It rings about as loud as a typical mobile so if he is say 20 feet away, I can hear it. The accuracy of the GPS tracker is affected by weather, so sometimes it is very accurate and other times it gives you a general sense of the location. I find this sufficient especially once you get used to knowing the places your cat typically goes. The tracker also has a flashing light feature to help locate your pet, but I have not found that as useful as the ringer and buzzer. The tracker does need charging every 3 days. The duration will be affected by how frequently you use its features, including the super-live feature, which gives you a second by second track for a minute or two. I do use that occasionally when I really need to locate him but it does use up the battery more quickly. Without this tracker I wouldn’t be happy letting my cat out of the house because of his deafness. I have found the customer service to be excellent and very responsive.
Good-ish customer service, but the gps doesn’t work well, it’s better than nothing, but also it’s heavy for a collar and barely works
The app frequently has glitches as does the gps tracker which even when in full 5g still has trouble accurately pin pointing its position. Now recently the app hasn’t been able to show historical distance covered nor max speeds etc, it’s been like this over 2 weeks now, it’s a known issue but Weenect doesn’t keep its users informed and should have sent out a message to all its users it’s benign looked into. However taking 2 weeks or more to sort an issue may be to do with the app being French based as nothing in France is ever corrected or sorted quickly!
When it works the app is great. The problem is it doesn’t always work. It won’t load several times a day, then it does and the tracking is all over the place. Super live doesn’t always work. The app has felt unstable for the past few releases but this latest one is the worst
Bought this tracker as my young cat goes on adventures in woodland near our house. A few points about the app/tracker I've discovered after owning it for a month.. the translation to English in the app isn't great. The accuracy of the tracker is quite poor, doesn't update well and when the cat is within the energy saving zone it can be difficult to locate them. The app is slow, crashes frequently and the features for using the bell tone often doesn't work. The bell tone is very quiet and I always hear the cats actual bell before I hear the tracker tone. Overall unimpressed with the product and wouldn't recommend this to another cat owner until the app/tracker is improved.
Works well - we’ve been using for almost 2 years now, customer service is excellent too. Highly recommend this app!
