WeFast: Diet Plan for Women

I subscribed to premium and the coaches never respond to messages, the instagram hasn’t been used since 2022, the fb page for the support group still hasn’t accepted my request to join, just wondering what the point of premium is??

I have used this app since March and I even purchased the premium version for a year. One week ago the app would not open, all of my previous fasts data was wiped clean, and I cannot log back in to my account. Very frustrating after paying for the premium version. I have reached out on instagram and the chat option on the app when I can get it to open and have not received any support.

Please fix app. App gets stuck on loading page and has been unusable most date. (paid service)

I have a WeFast Premium subscription but for the past week I have been unable to track my fasting and use the app in general. I’ve deleted the app and re-downloaded it. I’m not really sure what is wrong with the app but I would like it to be fixed. So far IF has helped me so much. I feel better!

I’ve had this app for a little over a month and I’ve loved tracking my fasts with it, but all of a sudden my app kinda just shut down. I open it but it stays on one single screen. I can’t get around it. I’ve turned my device on and off, same with my wifi, and deleted and reinstalled the app. None of this has worked and I cant access my information anymore.

I really liked the idea of this app for women. It’s a pretty design and simple. However, you have to use Facebook to access the community and I can’t get approved to join. It would be better if that was built into the app. Some of the content is outdated and references the wrong year. The AI chat feature doesn’t respond back to questions and I waited over 24 hours still no response. Unfortunately I had to cancel my subscription. Seems like the developer checked out of maintaining the app and so it’s now it’s a waste of money for me to justify keeping. Even the IG and Tiktok for the app are outdated with the last posts during the pandemic year 2021. I hope all is okay for the person who created the app because it seems like they don’t check in on their content anymore or disappeared from posting.

I would give this 0 stars if I could, this app is awful! 1. This app charged $90 to my account and removed the money without my knowledge. They tell you it’s free, but then take your money without you knowing!! Disgraceful! 2. Doesn’t help you and might as well not be there! I do not recommend this awful app, it needs to be taken down.

I’ve really enjoyed using this app, but unfortunately the community is gone. They moved to Facebook and I’m not willing to use Facebook so I guess there goes the fun. I don’t wanna use one app just to have to use another. They should have a community on both platforms because not everyone likes Facebook.

They are offering me $15.95 for 1 year but when I claimed the offer they charged me full price! $79.99+
