WeFax - Fax From iPhone

Paid for a week. It never worked and I could not get anyone to help me from their support.

I bought this app to help during a critical time and all faces failed. I contacted customer support several times and all my emails for help came back as undelivered.

Whoever gave this more than one star probably works for the company because this app is absolute trash trying to do. The simplest task are somehow impossible. Don’t waste your time.

Downloaded app, proceeded to do the first fax and that one fax has been sitting in a queue for a week. I sent an email through the contact us section for Assistance and never even got a response back.

Impossible to cancel. Scam.

It keep renewing and there is no option to stop. Shady business

I paid for a subscription, tried to fax and got an error. Days in and I still haven’t been able to fax even though I emailed them. Don’t waste your money.

I can’t preview my 5 page fax. It only shows 1 page.

I’d give it 0 if possible. Tried sending my faxes a few times and they never go through. Don’t get scammed like I did.

The app is absolute junk. Downloaded, paid for one week and can’t even send a fax. Got an error code saying incorrect user id. Tried the “contact us” option and tells me mail services not available. The biggest rip off. Ever.
