I have used this application for years. It’s extremely simple, just dial in your weight and add any notes. The feature that I like best, is the ability to export all of your notes as a simple text file. Why? I’ve been using it as a diary to not only help me keep track of my weight, but also my moods and things that have affected my weight over the weeks and months and years that I’ve used this wonderful application.

App Did Not Transfer My Data From The Free App

I’ve gone through all the steps multiple times, and I can’t seem to get the data from the free app to transfer to this paid app. What am I missing? Support was very helpful. Able to transfer data from Lite version to new paid version quite easily after their instruction. Love this app. I’ve been using the Lite version since 2014, and the paid version is even better (which I didn’t think was possible). Highly recommend.

In the morning, if you put a note under today's date, it automatically locks in the current weight that you previously entered yesterday.

This app is awesome! Just tracks your weight. No counting calories or macros/ micronutrients. Easy to use and can see your progress every day. I’ve been using it for 3 years and it helps keep me accountable and the weight off!

27 May 2024 Update I’ve been using the app for 14 years. It is still the Best App of Its Type. Update March 2018: I like the new layout on iPad. It is nice to see everything in landscape mode. I started using the app about a few years ago after the app I had been using from another developer had been discontinued and eventually stopped working. I was able to import more than six years of data. It is easy to use. The trend line and BMI features keep me motivated and on target.

It’s That Easy and The Weight Is Gone

My husband and I decided to make some changes to our life style in order to be healthier, more flexible, and lose the excess weight that had creeped up on both of us. Our formula was simple; we no longer snack between meals, stopped drinking milk, even on our oatmeal, eat less red meat, and for me, reduce alcohol consumption to maybe 3 glasses of red wine per week. If we didn’t feel like a meal, we skipped it. Most days we ate 3 meals a day. And here’s the big one, we started moving. Moving may be bringing in wood, or walking down to feed the horses but a goal of walking 2 miles every day. Unsurprisingly, the weight started dropping off. In 29 days I’m down 17 pounds. I was searching for an app that would only do a few things. I wanted to track my daily weight. I also wanted to set a weight loss goal. Finally I wanted to see a chart of my progress as I close in on my goal. This app gives me all three of those things I wanted. It doesn’t do ANYTHING else. No food intake, no questions about what exercise I had completed, no admonishments if I did not do something. It’s a pleasure to simply weigh myself daily and check on my goal. I upgraded to the full version after about three weeks. It was worth the small fee for a few more bells and whistles as well as less ads. Love this app!
