Bought one of their scales from Bed Bath and Beyond in Toronto, but app only works (if it even works) with a zip code - there is no reason the app should be dependant on a zip code - this is a very portly thought out app.

Scale must be re-sync’d each time I want to upload my stats to my phone. This is beyond annoying. The old updates never had this problem. Take a look at other reviews. Developer please start looking into this. I really liked my scale but may start looking for a new one.

I wish there were a way to sync the data with apple health. 🥺

the app is sooo unresponsive. I cant even type on my username and password at all. Please fix this or contact me. Thanks

I find I have to re pair my scale with this app each time I want to use it. It is a bad product and the software is worse.

New app update is hot garbage. Now I have to sign in every single time I log in and the app sync doesn't work on my iPhone 6s on iOS 9.1 .. Absolutely hate the new design whomever wanted this should be fired. The old app design was simple but at least it worked plus I didn't have to manually log in all the time. Can not recommend buying the scales from this company anymore due to the terrible iOS app. Funny thing is tonnes of complaints and no fixes .. This company is garbage

I much preferred the old interface. It was easier to see the stats. And the jokey robot comments are annoying. Please don’t comment on my stats like an idiot. You don’t know me. You don’t even know whether I’m trying to lose or gain weight.

The update is nice other than immediately after it, all my numbers are totally different than they were before. Two months of solid cutting and weighing everyday, now my body fat is up 3% over night. I know the bf number is way too high based on other methods I use and just knowing my body.

The most recent update is horrendous. Worked flawlessly before but since the update, the scale must be paired over and over with the phone every single time it is used! (Our family has 3 users and now 3 separate pairings daily!) Shameful to update and take away the main function of the app. The “cutesy robot” and new UI is awkward to say the least but that doesn’t matter to me. I bought this scale specifically because it pairs and auto-records weigh-ins. Now it is completely useless.

The new update is not syncing and recording my weight to the app - I’ve disconnected the scale and redid the setup process but still doesn’t work. Please fix.
