Great app
I’ve been using this app for a while and it’s been great. I love using the watch app especially when I’m at the gym, makes tracking my workout so easy.

WeightsPal is the best app to help you keep track of your strength and weight lifting workouts, either at the gym or at home.
‣ Easy and quick to use. Quickly choose a workout routine or create your own, and start tracking your workouts.
‣ Contains more than 100 exercises to choose from, including cardio. No matter what equipment is available, the workout will always include suitable exercises to help you get fitter and stronger.
‣ Keeps track of your progress. Each exercise shows you an overall progress chart and the sets you did the last time so you can focus on progressing and getting stronger.
‣ Includes a rest timer. Each time you log a new set a countdown timer appears and will send a notification if the phone's screen turns off or if you open another app while resting.
‣ Shows you detailed daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. This will help you understand your performance more so you can keep progressing.
‣ Supports Apple Watch. It has never been easier to enter your sets and adjust and monitor the rest timer.

Disappointing
The app looks nice at the first glance but when you go deeper into it you will find no instructions on how to navigate through the app. Also there are no instructions or video on doing particular exercises correctly. Sometimes the app crashes in the middle of exercise which is very frustrating too!
