App will not open!
UPDATE 5/1/2024 I contacted the developer and received an email telling me to contact the developer if I was still having trouble with the app. So! I wrote back AGAIN, to the developer again, providing my email address, name, phone number and the issue with the app. Haven’t heard from them again. This app STINKS. It does NOT FUNCTION. Medico was NEVER like this and assistance from them was always immediate. I will be seriously considering cancelling my subscription for insurance from this company if I cannot use the app to conduct business. —————————- It appears that your app wants to open in Safari. I do not use Safari. When I copy and paste the address that the app uses into Google Chrome, I get access. I’m not about to jump through hoops every time I need to get a question answered. You sent me a letter stating that my last payment was “unhonored”. But, the one time I was able to actually get into the site, my payment for April is indicated as paid under the payments tab! Get your stuff together. This never happened with Medico.
