Glitchy and Frustrated

My employer did a company wide wellness challenge. The app is very glitchy and does not update when a class was completed. You have to physically log on each time (doesn’t save login info) and then doesn’t give you up to date info on classes you completed and/or classes you need to complete. I love the concept and am grateful that my employer is encouraging everyone to participate but this app really needs some work!

No video

Cannot get the videos to play. One started and then stopped aft 4 minutes.

Started for work but I actually like them

I didn’t think that I would like these because I’ve only done 20 minute workouts, and I’ve missed you longer one. But I did these for work because there is an incentive, and the 20 minutes are intense and I am feeling it!

Doesn’t complete classes even after watching them multiple times

I use this app for work. We enroll in programs and classes on the app and we get points for completing each program. I’ve watched the same exact video for two separate programs SEVERAL times through, and I’ve gotten zero credit. The app itself is slow to load. I enjoyed some of the workout videos but it doesn’t look like any are ever added so once you finish all the ones you want, there’s no use for the app anymore. Overall, a bit disappointing. At least it’s free through my employer, can’t imagine paying for it.

I’d love to use it

I would love to use my Wellbeats app but every time it opens it will let me login and then I get a spinning circle overlying the pages. The pages change from the welcome screen to the next screen but it is blurred out by the spinning circle. Have reinstalled multiple times. I used to love it but now I can’t give it a good rating

Wellbeats is awesome

Their kick boxing videos are great. Unfortunately my employer is no longer continuing the wellbeats program after the end of december. And there is no option to subscribe individually. Hopefully in the future it will be available.
