Referral and barcode
The bar code to scan should be a something you can add to your wallet to speed up the process. You should also be able to refer your friends as well as receive incentives for this.
Amazing
I first joined Gympass via my work rewards schedule in 2019. It was good as it allowed me to go to my local gym for about £30 a month cheaper than going direct with gym. I’ve since rejoined and the app has improved so much. You now have lots of free apps included in the plan. Trainiac where you have an online personal trainer where you have scheduled video calls and personal plans, Les Mill on Demand premium, Fabulous, Headspace to name a few. I now travel a lot so take advantage of using gyms in multiple locations. Well impressed with this app. Not had any problems signing in.
Issues with partner gyms and terrible customer service
After issues with access to my local Everyone Active gym, no action was taken to improve or remedy the situation. Customer service was civil but wholly unhelpful, with no outcome reached. Will likely cancel and resume a regular gym membership, which is frustrating.
Class bookings declined
Unexplained glitch that prevents me from booking classes at certain gyms in my network. Gyms don’t care and won’t help. Impossible to contact anyone at gym pass to correct the issue. Very frustrating experience. Update: despite numerous attempts to sign up to the gym that is “in my network” to book classes, my requests are still being denied. This app is really unreliable. Gyms don’t care, there is no number to call and you are left without the use of facilities that are covered by the gym pass network.

Worst service I’ve ever used, wouldn’t recommended to anyone
App buggy/laggy
Needs an update as it doesn’t run very smoothly and gym descriptions are out of date/not accurate.
App needs alot of work
Amazing product and concept and great gyms on it - would like a few more boxing gyms to be added like Jab london. The app needs a lot of work with booking and cancelling. Also the app glitches all the time had the re download a few times
Flexible
Great if you want to try different things and fit exercise across multiple locations. Also lots of mental health and nutritional stuff which is helpful too. Think it’s only available through companies which is why lots of people haven’t heard of it!
Tripled the monthly price without saying anything…
Removed every gym in my area and tripled the monthly membership price to get access to them… Wasn’t even notified of this lol. 🤠
