Ordered a taxi, got “looking for a driver for 20 minutes”. Cancelled. Tried again half hour later, same thing. Tried called, got one of the worst automated services known to man. Imagine using voice regulation in Scotland? I said Hamilton, the bot kept on saying Motherwell. Dumb. Oh, and those cancelled requests were still taken from my card enough no driver accepted the booking. Garbage app for a garbage company.

Order well in advance and car never shows up. Go on to the App and says driver is half an hour away, but woe betide you if you are a second late, they charge you a waiting fee! Do not use!!!

Need to add a way to tip the driver using Apple Pay, I’m using the app so I can use card because I don’t have cash on me

Great app, you know exactly what’s going on at all times and works well with the drivers and cars - everyone’s in the same page

Easy enough to book a taxi but you get nothing until they’ve got a car assigned to you. No idea of how long it might be or where any cars are near to you. Also it says fixed price of £22 then charges my card £26.40… makes no sense.

No point booking as they won’t show up on time, lost count on the amount of times I’ve been late to get my son after booking in advance, don’t accept a booking if you’re not going to show up on time👍

Used once, driver was an absolute horror show so, I’d recommend steering clear of this company. However, the app worked fine.
