Does not track progress properly
I have watched videos under the programs and when they are completed it does not log that I have watched the video. No customer support to resolve the issue. Waste of time.

I like the simplicity of this app
Problems syncing with Apple Watch
I like the app. It took me a while to figure out how to sync with my Apple Watch. I realized I needed to use Workout app to make it work. The Strava app wouldn’t sync.
Transformative!
I’ve been using WellnessCoach for over a year and it has changed my body for the better. Stronger core, greater flexibility, and the ability to work or play hard without fatigue and soreness. Along with sleep and proper medication my Rheumatoid Arthritis is under control.
Too Many Notifications
App is over doing it on notifications. I’m turning off notifications.
Support
I love the app - so many good links and resources. I do need help with setting some items up and there does not seem to be an easy way to get support. I have emailed under the “help” link however have not received a response. It would be great if there was a direct and live customer service line for these issues.
Mindfulness
I’ve been using this app for over a year and find it incredibly helpful for sleep meditations and general wellness. They continually invest and improve the platform with new features.
