Won’t accept payment details so impossible to book a class.

I’ve used a lot of payment systems. And this is easily the worst. 4 attempts and 15 excruciating minutes, several duplicated forms filled in, and still no cards stored, payment taken or class booked. I give up. On the plus side, I think I’ve burned more calories attempting to use this infuriating app than the swim session I was trying to book.

Beyond terrible and affecting business at many Yoga Studios.

Genuinely the worst app I have ever used. It’s sole purpose doesn’t work making it entirely pointless. Freezes if you try to make a payment to book a class which is the only thing it exists for.

Terrible app wont accept card details - useless

Takes you to a website to add payment details, and it never works. So I can’t book any slots. Please fix asap! Could you not do payment in the app / Apple Pay?

Having followed Jame’s instructions to set up an account on line 1st. Everything went as smoothly as it could and seems to work really well. A little delay on a pop window, to confirm I wanted to cancel the 1-1 booking is the only feedback I had.

This app is beyond poor. It’s so late posting classes I have reverted back to using the site in a browser. The payment mechanism isn’t working - won’t accept card details, asks for captcha without showing one. The app needs significantly more development before it’s ready.

Can’t book anything crashes on payment screens

I have tried 10 times to book a class on this app and still can’t manage. It accepts all my details and then just tells me that there’s a processor error.
