This is behind a lot! The most frustrating thing is that sometimes I get notified by email that I have a class the day AFTER the class has already happened. I have also not found out I got off a waitlist until the following day. If I don’t know I’m in a class until the day after it happens, how is that helpful? Timely correspondence is a necessity in situations like these.

I have used both mind body & wellness living now and prefer WL any day. I use the mobile & web version and honestly don’t have issues- like any apps, glitches happen- but nothing that’s been detrimental. From a clients perspective I find the app to be easier to use and more aesthetically pleasing than MB. Just thought I would chime in since the app is getting so much hate and I have only ever had a good experience! :-)

This app needs a lot of work. It doesn’t auto refresh. It doesn’t update new appointments or clients unless you hard close the app and reopen it. Its complicated for no reason whatsoever. There are so many glitches.

I migrate from mind body and the app works very smoothly. The most important things to manage customers, schedule, sales, clock-in, clock-out, payments, and others works really well ! Highly recommended 👍🏼

The platform down to the customer service, all third rate.

It never works correctly. I have to constantly unsync it and re-sync it to my Apple calendar and there are still errors. Some of my sessions just don’t show up on my Apple calendar, and anytime you make a change to a class or session the update does not transfer. So disappointing.

I switched from Mindbody from WellnessLiving about a year ago, and it’s always a toss up as to whether or not my app will work correctly. The most recent problem I’ve had is that when I substitute certain instructors for classes, the entire class disappears from the app’s schedule. My sales are never accurate on the app, I have to refresh the page several times for them to show up. They may be less costly than Mindbody, but you get what you pay for, I guess.

This app is one of the worst I’ve ever used. Super slow and crashes all the time. I walk around with my laptop when I help clients because I this app simply doesn’t work. I’ve left several reviews and given feedback and nothing changes. I wish the company I work for would drop Wellness Living.

Every time I open the app to check my schedule all staff is loaded into my view. Customization has to be set and changed every time. I open the app to check MY schedule. Get it together wellness living.

There shows to not be any way to report a problem about this app. The calendar sync feature for Apple calendar just stopped working. Sure wish there was a way to report this without having to give a review.
