I have done a redemption of a health screen package using Wellnex app. I first to call up an make an appointment with the service provider, make my trip to the clinic on the appointment date and time, using the app to do my check in and upon completion, I will pay the service provider using grab pay within the app This process is easy and comfortable to use.

App navigation is pretty intuitive which is good for both advisors and the end users. Looking forward to the upcoming new features to the app for an overall better experience.
