Wells Fargo Mobile

Wells Fargo has made it so easy to deposit checks using my mobile. I’m very excited about this as I receive about 2 checks a month and I’ve previously had to mail them to the bank. Now I save postage and trips to the post office. Hurray!

I now live in Australia and am praying we are able to just take a photo of a cheque to deposit it. Thanks WF

I find the Wells Fargo app easy to use and it gives a comfort of strong security. The links are rapid loading as well.

Works great for the most part. But if you’re out of the country you can’t get a text or phone call with a security code. Most places allow email options but not WF. That’s a bummer. Also having a limit to online mobile deposits is difficult sometimes. Why would they care if you’re putting money in, not taking it out?

This is the first time I have used the Wells Fargo App for a deposit. It was so easy. I highly recommend this to anyone.

The concept of an American living/working/visiting overseas is incomprehensible to Wells Fargo apparently. The app repeatedly locks me out, and even depositing US Treasury checks prompts me to go into a branch (I guess I’ll have to swim across the Pacific) Now I have a US Treasury check with “For Mobile Deposit at Wells Fargo Bank Only” written on it that I can’t deposit anywhere, I can’t visit a branch due to international travel restrictions, and even if I somehow manage to deposit, I’m scared I won’t even be able to access it. I really regret opening a bank account with Wells Fargo.
