Slowest banking app on the planet. Clumsy interface and frankly the worst banking app I’ve ever encountered. Unfortunately forced to use it due to my work but if had a choice would delete this rubbish ASAP.

Slowest banking app on the planet. Clumsy interface and frankly the worst banking app I’ve ever encountered. Unfortunately forced to use it due to my work but if had a choice would delete this rubbish ASAP.
Every time I enter my pin to wire on the new update, it just transfers me to a blank screen. The new update completely broke the app
The location for approving a fraud alert is now buried three layers deep and no visible flags on the sign on screen. This is a huge step back from the previous version.
During our year-end reconciliation, we found that many deposits which were successful using the mobile app, were not credited to our account. The mobile deposit did not flag any error, however, we did not get the credit.
Haven’t been able to locate the mobile token since the update
This app is great when there is not an error to opening f the app. Calling the support team takes forever.
Nothing ever works the same. Or even WORKS at all. It’s always something and we use it for our office which we’re not allowed to change so we’re forced to use this god awful app that has to managed by something less intelligent than a monkey.
Review updated, the problem below was pretty quickly fixed. Overall, app works well enough for a basic banking app! This app only lets you see the 15 most recent transactions and nothing else. Really unhelpful and borderline useless. The only thing I can use the app for now is token codes.
Very slow. Can’t focus when trying to scan checks. Have to try 4-5 times for it to read the check. And it never improves. Horrible. If me company didn’t make us use it I’d delete it in a second
Trash Trash Trash. At least I could get the old one to work. I’ve called support who created a ticket but no help. Mobile deposit does not work and no one seems to care.
