I had an issue switching from an android to apple, it would not let me log back in without resubscribing. I reached out to their customer service department and they had gotten back with me within 24hrs, they also notified me that they are now releasing an update because of the issue I’ve went through. Long story short, they are one of the best teams I’ve dealt with when needing help. Highly recommend the app if you’re in the oil and gas industry.

I had an issue with the app and the technical team got back with me via email and fix the issue ASAP! I previously gave it a low rating since it was not working, but since they fixed it in a expedited manner that’s definitely Five Star in my boat!
Used to hold this app in high regards. Since the last update it is forcing the full subscription on me instead of paying for updates as I need them! And now I’m logging in every time I pick it up to find my next delivery stop. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!
