WellsOne Expense Manager

This app crashes constantly. Deletes reports, pictures, etc. horrible experience and the part I look the least forward to every month is the time I have to spend in this app. There is no excuse for a company this big to have this bad of an app. Seriously embarrassing and pathetic for a company. Our company is a fraction of this size and this performance on any of our platforms would be unacceptable.

Not useful without zoom or text enlargement function. Will delete the app.

Very frustrating to use. App constantly times out and forces you to log in again, *even when you are actively using it*. Mobile version does not let you create expense templates.

Help, after newest update I am unable to log in with Face ID or password.

Terrible I used it before “the upgrade” honestly horrible. I have to log in to my company account to verify the app.

This software is truly the most frustrating piece of software I’ve ever had the excruciating “privilege” to be required to use! The constant “something went wrong” messages that usually lead to multiple copies of the same receipt being added to the expense or simply just failing to respond to any touches lead to constant restarts. If that’s not bad enough, why a piece of software would stop responding and then on restart ask you to change your password is truly beyond me! If you have small kids around, don’t try to use this software as I’m sure you’ll teach them language that won’t be appreciated at school!

The app simply will not allow me to log in with my phone. In order to use the app I am required to log in on a computer, then navigate to a window that will pull up a QR code that I can use to log in with the app, but in that case I’m already logged in on a computer so what’s the point? The IT department at my company tells me this is a common issue with this app and comes from the developers end. Very unhappy to have an app that can’t even be opened without the assistance of a PC.

The app, just as I’ve came to expect from Wells Fargo experience reporting, is complete garbage. It’s way over engineered and barely works.

This app worked well as long as I had an iPhone 8. Now that I have an iPhone 15 I cannot sign on without going to my laptop, signing in and going to expenses and getting the QR code every time. Sometimes it will log me out while I’m using it and I have to go through the whole process again. I received an email with a number to call for help. I was told Wells Fargo doesn’t have anything called an Expense Manager and I need to contact the developer of the app.
