سبب اعطائي ٣ هو عدم الرد ممكن يقعد الدكتور يومين وتلاته عشان يرد ومفترض اني جديده ومحتاجة اسأل ودا ضيع عليا ايام كتير، ارجو الاهتمام بسرعة الرد لانه مهم من نفس اهمية النظام نفسه.الدكتور احمد فارس نظامه ممتاز وشرحه كمان لكن عدم رده هو السبب اني قفلت من التعامل ومش مقبله اني اجرب تاني.

There is vegan options as well in case you are fasting or lenting- there are receipts and portions for every meal- I lost 12 lbs in 1 month while I ate everything I like chocolate, hawawshy, shawerma etc without even exercising. Do it you won’t regret it at all
